125 adult job applicants completed a computer-administered personality questionnaire (EPP) and 2 intelligence tests; 1 of crystallized (Wonderlic) and 1 of fluid intelligence. There were negative correlations found between dissimulation on the personality questionnaire and performance on the 2 intelligence tests.
